Bear Mountain is a true gem that many in the Fraser Valley running community adore. With challenging climbs and flowy single track, you’ll be inspired regardless of the distance you choose. The 21K route also showcases neighbouring, Red Mountain, giving runners a great taste of the beautiful Fraser Valley location. The Shuswap Ultra links the gorgeous communities of Salmon Arm & Sicamous and offers 120K, 60K & relay distance on the Larch Hills Traverse trail system.  

Abas Auto Stony Mountain run is going virtual for 2020. The Stony Mountain Run is hosted by the Stony Mountain Community Association as a fundraiser for walking/cycling trail construction.  

The Fernie Half Marathon is a 21 km run through the extensive trail system in Fernie, B.C. The trails follow along the Elk River, across the foot of Mount Fernie, along wooded areas in Coal Creek and through Fernie’s beautiful James White Park. The First Responders Half Marathon is an annual event to expand awareness of all First Responders and the challenges they face in the community. Choose between 1K, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, or Relay distance options. All course routes begin in Diefenbaker Park.
