The Dash for Dogs is a 10K, 5K or 2K run or walk through Stanley Park with proceeds going to BC and Alberta Guide Dogs. This fun and non-competitive race takes you through the beautiful trails in Stanley Park. After the run there will be a social event with pancakes, prizes, and music. Guide dogs and good dogs are welcome, dogs must be on leash and under control at all times for the safety of the working guide dogs.

The Railway City Road Race travels over the trails, paths and roads of St. Thomas showcasing beautiful murals, iconic statues, and historic buildings. Hosting a 5K, 10K, and 21K race, there is a distance for everyone. The courses are flat and fast. Run/walk together in support of the community and a great charity, the proceeds from this event will help change futures for at-risk kids through Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Thomas-Elgin.
