The Beneva Quebec City Marathon is the provincial capital’s premier running event. The course passes many of the city’s historic and famous landmarks and maintains a number of rolling hills. The event includes half marathon, 10K, and 5K distance options as well. For 2021, several changes will be made in order to comply with health instructions, including several starts per wave and a different schedule. The Rainforest Trail Run is an unique 5K run through the interior rainforest trails of Central Park (Burnaby, BC) with a start and finish inside Swangard Stadium. The 2021 Zoo Run will definitely offer a  virtual race with hopes of in-person events as well. The Zoo Run is a popular and family-friendly event and part of the acclaimed Canada Running Series. La Course Bryan Liew est un 5K, 10K, et 1K 12 ans et moins, plus un 400 mètres gratuit 6 ans et moins. The 5km race route traces the roads of the magnificent Saddlebrook area of St-Lazare passing small ponds and many beautifully wooded streets.
