Run & Taste is a high-energy 5K food crawl through Toronto’s West End, where you’ll race between the neighborhood’s best local gems for signature tastings, all while scoring a full race kit and finisher’s medal.

This is your chance to smash that seasonal or personal best time on Canada’s fastest 5K course. The course is slightly downhill, tree covered and traffic free for the entire 5K. Runners on average are 45-60 seconds faster than any other course.
