Rocky Mountain Soap Women’s Run

Rocky Mountain Soap Women's Run Canmore, Alberta

This is a boutique women’s event starting at the Canmore Nordic Centre, offering a half-marathon and 10K run/walk on Saturday followed by another 10K and 5K on Sunday. The courses all afford spectacular views of the scenic mountainous countryside and run mostly along the Bow River. Blackwell Dairy 15K

Blackwell Dairy Fun Run consists of two races 15K or 3K distance options. Both races take place in Barnhartvale, starting and finishing at RL Clemitson Elementary School. The routes are hilly and challenging but scenic on semi-urban and rural roads. Fantastic food and great ice cream will be available post-race.

With a mission to raise awareness around youth mental health, funds raised will go to the GTA-based Youth Mental Health program Health Out Loud. The day will be a mix of live events, featured vendors, and of course our 5 km walk/run.
