• The Spring Run-Off

    The Spring Run-Off is the annual kick-off of the Canada Running Series. The run celebrates the return of spring in Toronto taking participants around the hills of High Park in either an 8K or 5K distance option. The event focuses on family-friendly fitness, and all in-person participants receive a souvenir shirt and finisher medal feauturing designs inspired by the nature and wildlife in High Park.    

  • Queens Park Classic

    The Queens Park Classic is a hilly 5K course with a mix of road and trails. Registration includes: a finishers medal, one beer at the finish line, swag bag, and draw prizes in the beer garden. The Beer Run Race Series supports KidSport New West.

  • The Big Easter Run

    The Big Easter Run Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

    The Big Easter Run is a holiday themed fun run that tours picturesque Jericho Beach Park. The run starts in the centre of the park, and winds its way along the trails before looping onto the beachside path. Enjoy the spring blooms while taking in the unbeatable views of the North Shore and the Vancouver skyline. The course has mild inclines and is run along paved trails.

    The Caledon Crusher is beautiful course along the Caledon Hills section of the Bruce Trail – starting just on the west side of the Badlands, right to the end at Mono Centre. There will be plenty of technical sections and climbing to satisfy most trail runners. These are spectacular trails along singletrack, double track, hills, hills and more hills.

    The Dirty Feet Trail Series are fun trail running events for all ages. This event will be held in Lac Du Bois Grasslands Park and will consist of 3 distance options -  5K, 10K and 21K. The trails run through the grasslands offering beautiful views of the Thompson river valley and the City of Kamloops.     The Oliver 10K is run along the Okanagan River channel on an out and back course. The race is  incredibly scenic, and very flat.  

  • Bazan Bay 5K

    Bazan Bay 5K Sidney, British Columbia, Canada

    The Synergy Health Centre Bazan Bay course is one of the fastest 5K routes in Canada and perhaps North America. The course is nearly flat with an almost imperceptible incline for the first 2.5K. There is one turn, the 180-degree turnaround, then there is the mildest of downhill returns.
