RunGo Dash for Dogs

Dash for Dogs Vancouver, British Columbia

The Dash for Dogs is a 10K, 5K or 2K run or walk through Stanley Park with proceeds going to BC and Alberta Guide Dogs. This fun and non-competitive race takes you through the beautiful trails in Stanley Park. After the run there will be a social event with pancakes, prizes, and music. Guide dogs and good dogs are welcome, dogs must be on leash and under control at all times for the safety of the working guide dogs.

Vancouver’s Chocolate Run

There isn't a more famous place in Vancouver to run, jog, or walk than Stanley Park's Seawall. Fully-paved, the Seawall is an ideal route with undeniably beautiful views of the city, northern mountains, and Lion's Gate Bridge. The 10k Route circles Stanley Park's Seawall once, and the 5k the Dovian Park loop. Race swag for the 5/10K includes, souvenir medal, shirt, and mug. Warm-up post-race with a cup of hot chocolate.  

The Spring Run-Off

The Bob Trudeau Memorial Spring Run Off consists is a 10K event. The race start and finish at Arthur Stevenson School. The route is fast and very flat route along wide and quiet roads following the North Thompson River and looping back.

The in-person Frigid 10K and Frosty 5K will be hosted at the Royal Hamilton Yacht Club. Both the 5KM and 10KM route is an out-and-back style course that starts and ends at the yacht club.

The Original St. Patrick’s Day Road Race

The Original St. Patrick's Day Road Race, hosted by the Calgary Roadrunners, is a favourite among local runners and a great  opportunity to test your post-winter fitness level. The race starts and finishes at Central Memorial and loops through the community. Stay for the awards and enjoy a post race meal, and your chance to win your weight in Village Beer! The St. Patrick's Day Road Race supports the Calgary Roadrunners and Diabetes Canada.

Shamrock ‘N’ Race

This beautiful 21.1K & 7 Mile course circles Burnaby lake, giving you the opportunity to enjoy fresh air, exercise and more chances to view birds and animals in this wilderness environment. Join other walkers & runners on this scenic course throughout the trails of Burnaby Lake. Costumes are encouraged, this is a St. Patrick's Day themed race!    

Moonlight Run

The moonlight run is a unique and always popular event featuring evening 10K and 6K distances.  Both races start downtown and head into the river valley for a loop in Indian Battle Park before returning back  up the challenging Wendys Hill. This is a great evening for family and friends to enjoy a healthy activity together with Lethbridge's legendary Running Community.      

Comox Valley RV Half Marathon

The Comox Valley RV Half Marathon is a rural out and back course with views of Mt. Washington, Forbidden Pleateau and Tsolum and Puntledge Rivers. PB's are set on this course with a net downhill after the turnaround. Hosted by the Comox Valley Road Runners, this is the longest course in the Island Race Series.
