Give a Breath 5K

The National Give a Breath 5K walk/run will take place with both virtual and in-person options available. The in-person event is on a looped course following the gently undulating trail in beautiful Pacific Spirit Park. Afterwards there will be light refreshments, music, and draw prizes. All event proceeds will go towards patient support programs and research initiatives at Lung Cancer Canada

Paradise Five and Dime 5K & 10K

The Paradise Five and Dime 5K & 10K is organised by the Paradise Running Club and is part of the High Performance Running Series. Both race distance start at the Topsail Pond Road Cul-de-Sac and finish at the Topsail Pond parking lot. There is a 90 minute time limit to complete the course.
