This is a great family running event. The day kicks off with the 1 km Bunny Hop race where many of the area's kids get their first experience racing. Once that wraps up, the 5K and 10K races get underway. Some of the area's best runners and running teams kick off their season with this race so spectators get an eye full as these runners glide through this race. |

5 Peaks' British Columbia trail race series is an unforgettable opportunity to conquer trail running. Alice Lake is one of Squamish's sweetspots, surrounded by towering mountains, dense forests and grassy areas. The Springbank Sprint is a 5K or 10K race hosted by Persistence Racing. The course is a fast, out and back route through beautiful Springbank Park. Participants will enjoy running alongside the Thames River on the multi-use paved pathways. Each participant will receive an awesome event t-shirt and custom medal, along with some other goodies! $5 from each adult registration will be donated to the Children's Health Foundation in support of children and their families in our community.
The Spring Run-Off is the annual kick-off of the Canada Running Series. The run celebrates the return of spring in Toronto taking participants around the hills of High Park in either an 8K or 5K distance option. The event focuses on family-friendly fitness, and all in-person participants receive a souvenir shirt and finisher medal feauturing designs inspired by the nature and wildlife in High Park. |

The Caledon Crusher is beautiful course along the Caledon Hills section of the Bruce Trail – starting just on the west side of the Badlands, right to the end at Mono Centre. There will be plenty of technical sections and climbing to satisfy most trail runners. These are spectacular trails along singletrack, double track, hills, hills and more hills.

Diez Vista is one of the most historic ultras in the country. Founded by local trail runners to showcase the trails and terrain around Port Moody, the race has developed an incredibly loyal following, and has attracted some of the biggest names in ultra running over it’s storied history. The Dirty Feet Trail Series are fun trail running events for all ages. This event will be held in Lac Du Bois Grasslands Park and will consist of 3 distance options - 5K, 10K and 21K. The trails run through the grasslands offering beautiful views of the Thompson river valley and the City of Kamloops. This area has fun single track trails, rocky sections and is surrounded by beautiful sage brush.

Around The Bay (a.k.a. 'ATB') is the oldest road race on the continent, first run in 1894, three years before the Boston Marathon. The Under Armour Toronto 10K is a picturesque run along Toronto's waterfront. The course starts alongside City Hall and heads south for a flat and fast out-and-back section along Toronto’s sensational Lakeshore Boulevard. Participants will finish just outside the Exhibition Place and Bandshell Park where all post-race amenities and festivities take place.

The Run4Hope race is held on a flat and fast course around Professor's Lake with a few small hills. Runners and walkers have a choice of either 5 or 10 kms. Limestone Race Weekend
Limestone Race Weekend is Kingston largest annual running event, choose from the 5K, Waterfront 10K or the Historic Half Marathon race. Organized by the Kingston Road Runners Association, it’s the original, all-volunteer community event.

A Boston-qualifier marathon that follows the beautiful St Lawrence River from Crysler Park Marina to St. Lawrence College in Cornwall, Ontario. As well as Half-Marathon, 10km and 5km distances that follow the scenic Great Lakes Waterfront Trail.

Pick Your Poison Trail Run is a challenging 12.5 K loop through the beautiful hills of Horseshoe Valley. Distances include 12.5K, 25 K and 50 K. The course consists of approximately 98% off-road terrain made up of a combination of single track and ski trails. Runners will start with a 3 K "flatter" section followed by 4 major climbs over the remaining 9.5 K. This is a technical but rewarding race.

Demi-Marathon Lévis
Part of the Courir à Québec series, this event takes place in Lévis on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River. The half-marathon follows a fast point-to-point and net downhill course that begins at the Convention Centre and takes participants along the shores of the St. Lawrence affording spectacular and scenic views of the river and old Quebec City. All events finish at Juvénat Notre-Dame de Saint-Romuald.

Test yourself on trails of Bruce Peninsula. The Pure Grit Trail Race is a mix terrain of mountain bike single track and wider open double track through rolling hills, about 2/3 is single track. The course is a loop of 7.5k. Proceeds from this event go to support Georgian Bay Nordic, a youth cross-country ski race team.

RunWild
RunWild is a challenging, competitive, and fun event with races designed for every level of runner and walker. Events include the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and a kids run. Post race, check out the Race Village, which includes a kids’ fun zone, live entertainment, food and beverages and much more. Proceeds raised will go directly to two local charities: the Zebra Child and Youth Advocacy Centre and the St. Albert Seniors Association.

The Dirty Feet Kal Park 50 runs out of Kalamalka Provincial Park. The event will include an 8K, 25K and 50K race options. The course is a 25K loop that the 50K runners will do twice. Enjoy the sweet trails in Kal Park as they wander thru the forest and thru the grasslands, and climb up to see the amazing views of Kal lake. The finish line is at the beach!

The Toronto Marathon has been a tradition since 1977. The Marathon course is fast, downhill, and scenic. Starting at Mel Lastman Square in North York and finishing at Ontario Place, the Marathon winds through many of the City’s great neighbourhoods.
