Springbank Sprint

Springback Sprint Springbank Park, London, Ontario

The Springbank Sprint is a 5K or 10K race hosted by Persistence Racing. The course is a fast, out and back route through beautiful Springbank Park.  Participants will enjoy  running alongside the Thames River on the multi-use paved pathways. Each participant will receive an awesome event t-shirt and custom medal, along with some other goodies! $5 from each adult registration will be donated to the Children's Health Foundation in support of children and their families in our community.

The Spring Run-Off

Spring Run-Off Toronto, Ontario

The Spring Run-Off is the annual kick-off of the Canada Running Series. The run celebrates the return of spring in Toronto taking participants around the hills of High Park in either an 8K or 5K distance option. The event focuses on family-friendly fitness, and all in-person participants receive a souvenir shirt and finisher medal feauturing designs inspired by the nature and wildlife in High Park.    

McLean Mill 10K

The McLean Mill 10K offers a rustic and beautiful start/finish area at the national historic site of McLean Mill. Unlike most races in the Vancouver Island Race Series, a running club does not host this unique race. After the race, enjoy the afternoon in Port Alberni.

Diez Vista 50K Trail Run

Diez Vista is one of the most historic ultras in the country. Founded by local trail runners to showcase the trails and terrain around Port Moody, the race has developed an incredibly loyal following, and has attracted some of the biggest names in ultra running over it’s storied history. Vancouver Sun Run

The Vancouver Sun Run has been Canada’s largest 10K road race since its inception in 1985, and welcomes participants of all ages and abilities. The 10K route is a beautiful scenic course which begins in Vancouver’s downtown core runs towards the world famous Stanley Park, continuing along English Bay, winding its way to the Cambie Street Bridge for the final stretch across the bridge to the finish line.  The course truly showcases the beauty of the city.    

Dirty Feet Trail Run #1

Dirty Feet Trail Series Kamloops, British Columbia

The Dirty Feet Trail Series are fun trail running events for all ages. This event will be held in Lac Du Bois Grasslands Park and will consist of 3 distance options -  5K, 10K and 21K. The trails run through the grasslands offering beautiful views of the Thompson river valley and the City of Kamloops. This area has fun single track trails, rocky sections and is surrounded by beautiful sage brush.  

Oliver 10K

The Oliver 10K is run along the Okanagan River channel on an out and back course. The race is  incredibly scenic, and very flat.

Flat Out 5K Road Race

Organized by Athletics NorthEAST, the Flat Out 5K is a popular event to kick off the racing season. This course has been designed to be fast, flat, and safe. The route consists of almost two complete loops, and the race finishes with a reception at Boston Pizza.
