The Rainbow Trail Run is named after the trail being used at Earl Rowe,"Rainbow Run," which is named for the rainbow trout migration that occurs each Spring. Red Isle Relay is a total island experience. Teams will run across Prince Edward Island over two days, starting at the North Cape Lighthouse, in the western end of PEI, and finish at the East Point Lighthouse. Teams will complete in 17 legs as they experience the beauty of PEI and work as a team to celebrate athleticism, teamwork, and grit.

The Niagara Ultra offers a 100K, 50K, Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K (on traffic-free asphalt footpath) race options, following the Niagara River Parkway from Niagara-on-the-Lake past Fort George and on to Niagara Falls and back. Runners are in continuous sight of the Great River, and turn around at the Falls. Defi des Escaliers de Quebec
Part of the Courir à Québec running series, le Défi des Escaliers de Quebec covers each and every step connecting the lower and upper towns of old Quebec City. Alternately climbing one staircase and descending the next, participants get to run about 30 staircases and a total of more than 3,000 steps. All races start and finish in the Parc du Bois de Coulonge. In addition to overall winners, there are awards for the best climbers and sprinters.

Stouffville Main Street 5K
The annual Stouffville Main Street 5K and Kids 1K Dash benefitting the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation welcomes both competitive and recreational runners and walkers. This timed event has staggered start waves to ensure participants can chase a PB, or enjoy a morning run with family and friends. While fundraising is not mandatory, it is certainly encouraged, all fundraising dollars go directly to the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation.
