Katie’s Run for Epilepsy Research is a flat and fast trail run in beautiful cottage country. The goal of Katie’s Run is to raise funds for epilepsy research. The 10K and 5K course are an out and back along the Haliburton County Rail Trail, there is also a 2.5K family walk/run that is stroller, wheelchair and dog friendly. Test yourself on trails of Bruce Peninsula. The Pure Grit Trail Race is a mix terrain of mountain bike single track and wider open double track through rolling hills, about 2/3 is single track.
