Spring Trio 5/10/15 km race is being tagged as “run the bridges” as all distance go over one or more of the three bridges that were rebuilt following our devastating flood in 2013. The course is a point-to-point that starts in Jonquière and travels through picturesque countryside and along la Rivière Saguenay to the finish in Saguenay. The fifth race of the Island Series, the Port Alberni Paper Chase 15K is hosted by the Alberni Valley Chamber of Commerce. The course is a pretty rural route starting from the Cherry Creek Community Centre and running through the trails through the McLean Mill Historic Site. Regular series runners will want to challenge themselves on this route. *2020 registration opens October 2019
