Tackle the Toad is a trail race that takes runners on a epic journey through some of the best and varied terrain the area has to offer, between interior rainforests and breath-taking views of Kootenay Lake, it really is something special! Racers have the option of either take on the 20k or 50k distances. The race fee’s also include a donation to Nelson Cycle Club who are the caretakers the world class trails in the area.

Run the iconic 25K course, one of the most beautiful point-to-point races in British Columbia, or challenge yourself with our 50K ultra distance. The 50k includes a 25k out-n-back on fast and flowy terrain before joining the Comfortable Numb trail.

The Frosty Mountain Ultra will lead you to the peak of Frosty Mountain and through unbelievable alpine meadows. With 360 degree views throughout and a start/finish at beautiful Lightning Lake, this race is an unforgettable journey. There will be a post-race BBQ at the Lightning Lake finish line for all participants.

The Haliburton Forest Trail Race takes place in the privately owned Haliburton Forest and Wild Life Reserve Ltd. Participants experience the primal beauty found along the trails at Haliburton Forest, running through the heavily forested, hilly and lakes and streams filled area displaying nature at it’s best. The event offers a distance option for all level of runners, from 12K to 26K,  to  50K and 50M, all the way up to the signature event, the Haliburton Forest 100 Miler.

The Ultra Trail Whistler by UTMB  is an epic event set in Whistler Blackcomb, a world class resort. Each course tours this iconic destination and provides a balance of challenge and beauty. Runners will experience views of Black Tusk, mountain lakes, and alpine vistas. Enjoy two days of racing and three distances.

Diez Vista is one of the most historic ultras in the country. Founded by local trail runners to showcase the trails and terrain around Port Moody, the race has developed an incredibly loyal following, and has attracted some of the biggest names in ultra running over it’s storied history. The  Dirty Feet Heartbreak 100 is a very runnable 100K or 50K course at the Stake Lake Nordic Centre.  The course has a mix of single track, double track, hills, rocks and roots along the way.
