Broken Goat is BC’s most rustic ultra. This unique point to point race takes runners up 4 peaks and 2 ridges, along the 7 summits trail and Red Mountain Resort, in Rossland. Slay the Dragon is a 13K, 25K, 50K Trail Running Race located at beautiful Silver Star Mountain Resort. In this trail running event expect technical and cruisey single track, crazy fun climbs with long thigh shredding descents. This course is designed for trail runners, by trail runners, so priority is placed on a challenging, crazy fun, well flagged, fantastically aided course with the enthusiastic volunteers. Conquer The Canuck Marathon Ultra Trail Weekend is scheduled to take place at Shade’s Mills Conservation, in Cambridge Ontario. Shade’s Mills has been called the best-kept secret in Cambridge, it’s conservation area has 12 km of hiking trails through a mature hardwood forest that winds along Mill Creek. Participants can register for single day races, or a 2 day staged event, Classic Canuck (25K + Marathon) and Ultimate Canuck (50K + Marathon). The Puddle Jumper Classic is the Sunshine Coast’s first ultramarathon. Started in 2017 it has quickly grown to be a loved and maybe a little hated course by a lot of runners. It lives up to its name with plenty of puddles and creeks to cross throughout the course. Most of the course is on single trail with rocks, roots and creeks to keep you on your toes. The Loveland Bay Trail Race is an opportunity to experience Campbell River’s incredible trail system. Offering both 11K and 25K distances, starting from Loveland Bay Provincial campground. Take in the goregeous views and enjoy a break from it all as you venture into Snowden Demonstration Forest for a challenging, and beautiful run, through ferns and forest.

Sulphur Springs is memorable running experience. The race starts at the Ancaster Community Centre and weaves its way through  the beautiful trails of the Dundas Valley. The Nipika Mountain Resort hosts the Crazy Soles Nipika Trail Run, an event with a distance option to suit every trail runner. The 25K course incorporates a 10K and a 15K loop, all along the Kootenay and Cross Rivers.  The 10K is a predominantly single track loop,  The 5K incorporate some single track and stay very close to the Nipika Meadow area. The Iron Knee and Tender Knee are point-to-point races starting from Cleveland Park or Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve in North Vancouver. Racers will be treated to some great trails, including the infamous Powerline Climb.
