Slay the Dragon is a 13K, 25K, 50K Trail Running Race located at beautiful Silver Star Mountain Resort. In this trail running event expect technical and cruisey single track, crazy fun climbs with long thigh shredding descents. This course is designed for trail runners, by trail runners, so priority is placed on a challenging, crazy fun, well flagged, fantastically aided course with the enthusiastic volunteers.  

The Iron Knee and Tender Knee are point-to-point races starting from Cleveland Park or Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve in North Vancouver. Racers will be treated to some great trails, including the infamous Powerline Climb. All this to be capped off with chocolate goodies and bragging rights as you race into the scenic finish line at Deep Cove.  

Run Ridge Run is a race offering challenging climbs, descents and technicality over either 13K or 25K routes. The 13K course skirts around Sasamat Lake on the Buntzen Ridge Trail and glimpses Buntzen Lake. The 25K course continues on to attack the Diez Vistas Ridge before following the Lakeview Trail, and then grazing Buntzen Lake before the final climb back up and over to the finish at Sasamat Lake. Part of the Courir à Québec running series, le Défi des Escaliers de Quebec covers each and every step connecting the lower and upper towns of old Quebec City.  Alternately climbing one staircase and descending the next, participants get to run about 30 staircases and a total of more than 3,000 steps. All races start and finish in the Parc du Bois de Coulonge. In addition to overall winners, there are awards for the best climbers and sprinters.    

The Spartan Race series features several events across Canada. All races are timed, judged and incorporate natural and artificial obstacles to create a highly unique and challenging race experience.  All participants receive a signature race shirt, an awesome finisher’s medal, and best of all, bragging rights over all their friends.
