The Frosty Mountain Ultra starts in Lightning Lake Day Parking Lot, in Manning Park. The route travels along lake side trails, ascends to the forested areas, through open meadows, on single track and rocky sections to the summit of Frosty Mountain which is the highest peak in Manning Park, at 7900 feet (2408 meters). Race 3 of the 5 Peaks Ontario Race Series takes runners to Albion Hills Conservation Area. Set in the hills of Caledon on the banks of the Humber River, Albion Hills offers dramatic scenery, exciting activities and excellent facilities. Tenderfoot Boogie is a Sea to Sky Ultra from Squamish to Whistler. Multiple distance options are available, so there is something for everybody. These events are, for the most part, off-road, and at times can be challenging, but relatively easy as ultra races go. You must be physically and mentally prepared to encounter every possible terrain imaginable. Aid stations will be fully-loaded, but you cannot wholly depend on them, know your needs. Slay the Dragon is a 13K, 25K, 50K Trail Running Race located at beautiful Silver Star Mountain Resort. In this trail running event expect technical and cruisey single track, crazy fun climbs with long thigh shredding descents. This course is designed for trail runners, by trail runners, so priority is placed on a challenging, crazy fun, well flagged, fantastically aided course with the enthusiastic volunteers. Part of the Courir à Québec running series, le Super Défi/Super Challenge covers each and every step connecting the lower and upper towns of old Quebec City, some 19K in total. A condensed version totaling about 13K or 9K. All races start and finish in the Parc du Bois de Coulonge. In addition to overall winners, there are awards for the best climbers and sprinters.
