Bear Mountain is a true gem that many in the Fraser Valley running community adore. With challenging climbs and flowy single track, you’ll be inspired regardless of the distance you choose. The Cap Crusher is a quad-crushing course around the upper Capilano Canyon, staring and finishing alongside Cleveland Dam. The Phantom Run is a relaxed and fun winter fundraising race through the lower reaches of the North Shore undulating trails near the Seymour River. Run technical and non-technical trails, with some steep climbs and descents. Post race enjoy, hot soup, and other delights.
