The Haliburton Forest Trail Race takes place in the privately owned Haliburton Forest and Wild Life Reserve Ltd. Participants experience the primal beauty found along the trails at Haliburton Forest, running through the heavily forested, hilly and lakes and streams filled area displaying nature at it’s best. The event offers a distance option for all level of runners, from 12K to 26K,  to  50K and 50M, all the way up to the signature event, the Haliburton Forest 100 Miler.

The Rainbow Trail Run is named after the trail being used at Earl Rowe,”Rainbow Run,” which is named for the rainbow trout migration that occurs each Spring. The course iss mostly double wide, some grass, some dirt and a tiny bit of pavement (when crossing over park roads) and bridge crossings over Earl Rowe Lake. The Cap Crusher is a quad-crushing course around the upper Capilano Canyon, staring and finishing alongside Cleveland Dam. If you are unfamiliar with this trail system you will most certainly be surprised at the beauty and challenge of the Cap Canyon network. On a clear day your eyes will be continually darting between the terrain underfoot, the river to your side, and the scenery overhead. Celebrate spring and St Patrick’s Day, costumes are encouraged.    

Bear Mountain is a true gem that many in the Fraser Valley running community adore. With challenging climbs and flowy single track, you’ll be inspired regardless of the distance you choose. The 21K route also showcases neighbouring, Red Mountain, giving runners a great taste of the beautiful Fraser Valley location. All the routes are loop-based and will tour through mossy forests, tall trees, and openings displaying the surrounding mountain ranges.    

Chase the Coyote Trail race takes place at the beautiful Mono Cliffs Provincial Park just minutes north of Orangeville Ontario. This is an opportunity to take in the spectacular views from the Lookout and delight in the amazing fall colours on display.
