Summit 700 is Ontario’s newest trail/mountain running experience. Flowing through Blue Mountain Resort’s challenging single-track trail network each course will tackle a timed 700ft ascent of the Niagara Escarpment in addition to endless; rock hopping, creek crossing, root dodging, up & down sublime forest running.  

Bear Mountain is a true gem that many in the Fraser Valley running community adore. With challenging climbs and flowy single track, you’ll be inspired regardless of the distance you choose. The 21K route also showcases neighbouring, Red Mountain, giving runners a great taste of the beautiful Fraser Valley location. All the routes are loop-based and will tour through mossy forests, tall trees, and openings displaying the surrounding mountain ranges.    

Shiver ‘N Giver is a virtual activity challenge hosted by the Ottawa Dragon Boat Foundation.  Registered participants challenge themselves to skate, ski, snowshoe, walk or run a cumulative distance of 21k to be completed over the duration of Winterlude ‘21. The challenge can be completed from any location and finishers receive a commemorative medal.
