The Dirty Feet Trail Series are fun trail running events for all ages. This event will be held in Lac Du Bois Grasslands Park and will consist of 3 distance options –  5K, 10K and 21K. The trails run through the grasslands offering beautiful views of the Thompson river valley and the City of Kamloops. This area has fun single track trails, rocky sections and is surrounded by beautiful sage brush.  

Bear Mountain is a true gem that many in the Fraser Valley running community adore. With challenging climbs and flowy single track, you’ll be inspired regardless of the distance you choose. The 21K route also showcases neighbouring, Red Mountain, giving runners a great taste of the beautiful Fraser Valley location. All the routes are loop-based and will tour through mossy forests, tall trees, and openings displaying the surrounding mountain ranges.
