The Rainbow Trail Run is named after the trail being used at Earl Rowe,”Rainbow Run,” which is named for the rainbow trout migration that occurs each Spring. The Shuswap Ultra links the gorgeous communities of Salmon Arm & Sicamous and offers 120K, 60K & relay distance on the Larch Hills Traverse trail system.  

The Iron Legs Mountain Races are held near Bragg Creek in Kananaskis Country, and can be run either solo or as a relay team of 2 or 3 runners. All 3 distance options, 100K, 60K, or 50M, offer amazing views of the Canadian Rockies and fantastic single track that will challenge every runner.
