This year’s Freedom to Move will be a mix of both in-person and virtual events. The Run Bryan Liew is a 5K, 10K, plus a kids run. The 5K race route traces the roads of the magnificent Saddlebrook area of St-Lazare passing small ponds and many beautifully wooded streets. #Run4ME is being hosted by Action CIND, a registered charity with a vision to advance the recognition, empathy, treatment and support services for Chronic Immunological and Neurological Diseases (CIND). The goal of this run is to raise funds to advance research into Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME).
