The Wild Run For Conservation is an annual fundraising event to support animal conservation and The Calgary Zoo’s efforts to sustain threatened wildlife in Canada and around the world. This 10M course is an opportunity to run through the Zoo grounds and surrounding pathways in a fun, environmentally conscious event. Run solo or join the team relay. Charity: Calgary Zoo

Referred to as the Tour de France of running, ENDURrun is an eight day, seven stage event that totals 100 miles (161K) of running and racing. The “ultimate” competition is for individuals looking to test their maximal endurance. The first of two hill runs, this course is for the fast, strong runner. This 10 miler is on paved and packed gravel roads and is characterized as demanding and hilly.    

The Telegram ‘TELY’ 10 Mile Road Race was first run in 1922 and has become the province´s largest and most popular road race. The 10 mile (16.1K) point-to-point and net downhill course starts in Paradise and proceeds east towards Mount Pearl and onwards to the eventual finish in Bannerman Park in the heart of downtown St. John’s. The Manotick Miler hosts a 10M, 5M, 3M and 1M Family run.  If you are looking for more bit more , try the 15 Miler challenge, run the 10 Miler and than the 5 Miler on race day. The Boxing Day 10 mile & 4 mile runs have been staged out of the YMCA in downtown Hamilton since 1920. The event attracts a considerable talent and a committed field who run regardless of the conditions, which range from cool and calm to cold and crazy. The Farmers Helping Farmers event is either a single loop course for the 5 Miler, or 2 loops for the 10 Miler.  The route takes runners through in a large portion of the Rotary Friendship Park. This popular end of summer event features 10-mile (16.1K) and 10K races as well as a 30K option, all of which begin at Memorial Park. Races are run on mostly flat out-and-back courses along the scenic Assiniboine River to their respective turnaround points.
