The Go For the Burn Run is a 10K, 5K run/walk, or a 3K youth race, open to all levels of runners. Survival of the Fittest is a fantastic loop from the incredibly scenic Quest University lands in Squamish, BC. A sustained climb off the start will bring you to a waterfall within the first few kilometers. As you continue to ascend the views become ever more impressive as you gaze across the valley at the dominant Tantalus Mountain Range. Once you top out on The Climb Trail you’ll have predominantly sweet singletrack all the way home.  

Up the Creek is a 5K or 10K race starting at Hyde Creek Recreational Centre in Port Coquitlam. The out and back course takes runners along the Traboulay PoCo Trail. ** 2020 Race Postponed

Halifax Independent School’s Ocean Breeze Trail Run offers runners the unique opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a trail run without having to partake in specific trail run training. Hosted at the Atlantic View Trail, runners who are new to trail running will find an easy transition from traditional paved surfaces to this spacious, crusher-dust surface. Crosswinds Occupational Activity Center is a non-profit organization in the Sussex area that provides services to individuals with disabilities. Across Town for Crosswinds will be the kick-off to Disability Awareness Week. Proceeds from the event will assist with additional costs to support the organization. Runners and walkers will enjoy scenic views along routes in Sussex, Sussex Corner and Roachville. **2020 event cancelled    

The Edmonton Gorilla Run is about community, and saving a species from going extinct. Through the Edmonton Gorilla Run, the Mountain Gorilla Conservation Society of Canada, MGCSC, raises funds to train Wildlife Health experts. Gorilla Runs happen in Canada, US and Europe. The run course is set along a beautiful flowy single track with views of the Kootenay River and the Cross River plus the surrounding mountains along the way.
