For over 40 years the Victoria Marathon has given runners the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the area and experience the wonderful community spirit of the City of Victoria. Distance options include a marathon, half marathon, or 8K.      

The Ottawa Marathon is Canada’s largest and fastest marathon. One of two World Athletics Gold Label marathon events in Canada, the race attracts thousands of participants, including a world-class contingent of pro-athletes every year.  

The Servus Calgary Marathon Race Weekend is Canada’s longest running marathon and will be celebrating 60 years running in May 2024. The certified, Boston qualifying marathon course runs along the Bow River and showcases both the beauty of the city and Western hospitality through its volunteers. The race weekend offers a distance for every age and ability including: 1.2K Kids Race, 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, and 60K ultra.    

Niagara Fall International Marathon is a unique and picturesque event with 4 races to choose from (5K, 10K, half-marathon & marathon). All races starting and finishing at the rapids just above Niagara Falls. The out and back courses follow the majestic Niagara River up river, then turn around to run downstream to the finish at the Former Toronto Power Generating Station.      

Toronto’s signature running event is the Toronto Waterfront Marathon. Offered as part of the Canada Running Series, #TWM, was the first Canadian marathon to be awarded the prestigious IAAF gold label status. All races are flat, fast and festive attracting elite, recreational and first-time runners alike. The marathon and half courses start and finish near City Hall and take participants on a tour of some of Toronto’s most iconic attractions, notable landmarks and unique neighbourhoods.      

The Queen City Marathon is the largest and most popular event in Saskatchewan’s provincial capital offering a distance for everyone runner. All races start near the Conexus Arts Centre and run along the lake and around Wascana Park, one of Canada’s largest urban parks. The marathon loops the lake once then follows a flat and scenic out-and-back along the creek using Regina’s pedestrian pathway system.    

The Woody’s RV World Marathon, Half Marathon and 10k, takes place through Red Deer’s picturesque park and trail system. Experience scenic winding paths along the majestic Red Deer River. With small race charm and big race benefits, the event is repeatedly ranked among Alberta’s best races.    

The Emera Blue Nose Marathon is a Boston Qualifying event that takes participants on an adventure through the dynamic streets of Halifax. The course allows you to experience several main attractions, including Citadel Hill, the vibrant North end, Point Pleasant Park and the beautiful downtown core. Halifax has gained a reputation for being a little “hill-y” but it’s nothing you can’t handle.            

Hamilton Road2Hope is well known for its fast course with a generous downhill portion that can help any runner set a new personal best. It is Canada’s fastest Boston qualifier, featuring a point-to-point course that tours the rural countryside before heading down the Red Hill Valley Parkway and local trails followed by a lengthy out-and-back with scenic lakeshore views. The marathon and half – also known to be fast – take place Sunday while 10K and 5K races are run…

The Niagara Ultra offers a 100K, 50K, Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K (on traffic-free asphalt footpath) race options, following the Niagara River Parkway from Niagara-on-the-Lake past Fort George and on to Niagara Falls and back.  Runners are in continuous sight of the Great River, and turn around at the Falls. This fast course offers you the opportunity to run on a very scenic course steeped in Canadian and American history.
