The Sunset Shuffle, aka, “Toronto’s best kept running secret”,  is an evening run on Toronto Island. What makes this race great is the scenic island landscape and the intimate atmosphere.  The course starts on Lakeshore Avenue, just south of the Centre Island Pavilion, and follows a counter-clockwise route around Centre Island. There will be 2 loops, with the finish just off Lakeshore Avenue near the Pavilion.

Run Ottawa’s ‘Beaver Chase Trail Series’ is three informal races held during the spring and summer months. The series is intended to provide the running community organized, fun opportunities to move off the pavement and onto a trail. Race 2 runs on the trails located within the Western Greenbelt of the NCC. The Dion Brighton Snowshoe Race is set in the scenic, rolling hills of Northumberland County, at the Goodrich-Loomis Conservation Area. The race course will consist of a combination of rolling single and double tracks offering views of the gorgeous natural beauty found in the area. The Smuggler’s Run Trail Race is a chance to explore an iconic trail travelled by mischievous Canadians smuggling rum into the United States during the Prohibition Era. Barrington Passage, located on the South Western shore of Nova Scotia, is the lobster capital of Canada and also plays host to the Sea Me Run Nova Scotia Marathon. The certified and Boston qualifier course features rolling hills on country roads and is run as two large loops in a figure eight configuration which starts and finishes near the local arena.
