Pure Grit Trail Race
Test yourself on trails of Bruce Peninsula. The Pure Grit Trail Race is a mix terrain of mountain bike single track and wider open double track through rolling hills, about 2/3 is single track. The course is a loop of 7.5k. Proceeds from this event go to support Georgian Bay Nordic, a youth cross-country ski race team.

5 Peaks Trail Running Series BC- Golden Ears

Shade's Mills has been called the best-kept secret in Cambridge, it has 12 km of hiking trails through a mature hardwood forest that winds along Mill Creek. Conquer the Canuck is part of OUTRace, the Ontario Ultra and Trail series (25 K, 50 Kevents and any distance over 50 K in the 12 hour race). The race benefits KidsAbility and GRCA trail maintenance.

A sustained climb off the start will bring you to a waterfall within the first few kilometers. Once you top out on The Climb Trail you’ll have predominantly sweet singletrack all the way home.

The Howe Island 8K Hustle, is the first of three Island races known as the "Tri-Island Race Series" which also includes The Wolfe Island Classic 5K, and the Amherst Island Wooly Bully 10K. The course is fairly flat and vehicular traffic is nearly non-existent so this race is great for newcomers to the sport as well as seasoned runners.
