Flat Out 5K Road Race

Boston Pizza Flat Out 5K Road Race St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada

Organized by Athletics NorthEAST, the Flat Out 5K is a popular event to kick off the racing season. This course has been designed to be fast, flat, and safe. The route consists of almost two complete loops, and the race finishes with a reception at Boston Pizza.      

Vancouver Sun Run

The Vancouver Sun Run has been Canada’s largest 10K road race since its inception in 1985, and welcomes participants of all ages and abilities. The 10K route is a beautiful scenic course which begins in Vancouver’s downtown core runs towards the world famous Stanley Park, continuing along English Bay, winding its way to the Cambie Street Bridge for the final stretch across the bridge to the finish line.  The course truly showcases the beauty of the city.    

Limestone Race Weekend

Limestone Race Weekend is Kingston largest annual running event, choose from the 5K, Waterfront 10K or the Historic Half Marathon race.  Organized by the Kingston Road Runners Association, it’s the original, all-volunteer community event.

Times Colonist/TC10K

The Times Colonist 10K starts and finishes just outside the B.C. Legislature and features a panoramic loop of downtown Victoria, Fairfield and James Bay through several ocean-side parks and charming neighbourhoods. Participants enjoy supportive crowds and spectacular views, followed by post-race refreshments and celebrations.    

Gopher Attack Marathon

Gopher Attack Marathon Wascana Park, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada

Gopher Attack is an early spring Boston Qualifier with a flat and fast course that winds through scenic Wascana Park and the University of Regina campus.  There are four distances - Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km, 5km, as well as a virtual option.  The event is a fundraiser for the MS Society and hosted by Marathon Matters Running Club.  

Pure Grit Trail Race

Test yourself on trails of Bruce Peninsula. The Pure Grit Trail Race is a mix terrain of mountain bike single track and wider open double track through rolling hills, about 2/3 is single track. The course is a loop of 7.5k. Proceeds from this event go to support Georgian Bay Nordic, a youth cross-country ski race team.  

5 Peaks Trail Running Series BC- Golden Ears

5 Peaks BC 2 Golden Ears Provincial Park, British Columbia, Canada

The 5 Peaks Trail Running Series delivers some of the best trail this country has to offer. The events are hosted at some of the most spectacular natural spaces in Canada. Each race takes place on pre-marked trails with participants running over rocks, roots, tree stumps and logs, through mud puddles, snow and so much more.

Freestyle 5K

The Running Physio and Canada Running Series Foundation are hosting the Freestyle 5K and Kids Run in support of Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. This event is open to participants of all ages and abilities. Participants can run, walk, or wheel through the beautiful grounds of Sunnybrook Park.

5 Peaks Ontario- Kelso

5 Peaks Ontario Race Ontario, Canada

The Ontario trail running race series features some of the nicest trails in the Greater Toronto Area, 5 Peaks Ontario Race Series's first stop at Kelso Conservation Area. The courses include, beautiful trails with rock gardens and roots to challenge runners, two challenging ski hill climbs, and picture worthy views overlooking the park. 5 Peaks races are known for their incredible staff and volunteers, abundant food, amazing swag, and a commitment to sound environmental practices.
