The in-person event is on a looped course following the gently undulating trail in beautiful Pacific Spirit Park. Afterwards there will be light refreshments, music, and draw prizes. The Paradise Five and Dime 5K & 10K is organised by the Paradise Running Club and is part of the High Performance Running Series. Both race distance start at the Topsail Pond Road Cul-de-Sac and finish at the Topsail Pond parking lot. There is a 90 minute time limit to complete the course.
