Conquer The Canuck Trail Races runs along well maintained trails at Shade’s Mills Conservation Area.  Shade's Mills has been called the best-kept secret in Cambridge, it has 12 km of hiking trails through a mature hardwood forest that winds along Mill Creek. Conquer the Canuck is part of OUTRace, the Ontario Ultra and Trail series (25 K, 50 Kevents and any distance over 50 K in the 12 hour race). The race benefits KidsAbility and GRCA trail maintenance.

A sustained climb off the start will bring you to a waterfall within the first few kilometers. Once you top out on The Climb Trail you’ll have predominantly sweet singletrack all the way home.
