Mews Memorial 8K Road Race

This is one of the oldest continuous road running races in the province, with more than 35 years of racing. The course is fast and runs from the Mundy Pond area to Quidi Vidi Lake. It is a popular event as a tune up to the Tely 10 each summer.      

Forest City Road Races

Forest City Road Races London

The Forest City Road Races is dedicated to hosting a first-class running event where all proceeds are donated in support of local London Charities. The day features a half marathon, 10K, 5K, and Fun Run that start and finish in Victoria Park. The half course tours the scenic University of Western Ontario campus and follows the serene Thames River before weaving through historic North London neighbourhoods.    

Northumberland Run Forest Run

The Northumberland Run Forest Run will give you a chance to move your legs through some beautiful forest trails. You can pick one of 4 options. The 4 hour 3K looped Jenny, the 7.5K Lieutenant Dan, the 9K Bubba, or the Full Gump for 24.6K. The course is single and double track with some dirt access roads, expect steep inclines, and an irregular surface with a loose, uneven base.

Mental Health in Motion

Mental Health in Motion, is an annual fundraising event, dedicated to supporting MOBYSS (Mobile York South Simcoe), Ontario’s first mobile and also virtual health clinic, exclusively for youth aged 12 to 25. Whether you're into running, walking, or cycling, there are routes suitable for all skill levels and ages. Gather your friends, family, and co-workers – it's time to make a collective impact. Can't make it in person, no sweat, there are virtual options.

Formula Run

Formula Run The Great Lawn at Lansdowne, Ottawa

This event forces you to work smart and figure out the best running strategy (or, formula) to get your team to complete the most laps possible in 90 minutes. Each team has one timing chip, which is passed between members, like a relay baton. Teams can be groups of 2, 3 or 4; alternatively, you can sign up solo andrun on your own. Each lap is 363m long and is a smooth pentagon shape.

Cambridge Mill Race

Cambridge Mill Race Riverbluffs Park, Cambridge

The Cambridge Mill Race is an out-and-back course along the Walter Bean trail, which is part of The Great Trail system. The surface is mainly hard-packed dirt and stone dust with a few asphalt sections. The turn-around point is on the paved bike path that runs alongside Blair Road. There will be a water station at the 4K mark. A post-race lunch is provided by The Cambridge Mill to registered participants, you must show your bib to get your meal.

MSC Trail Walk & Run
