Mental Health in Motion, is an annual fundraising event, dedicated to supporting MOBYSS (Mobile York South Simcoe), Ontario’s first mobile and also virtual health clinic, exclusively for youth aged 12 to 25. Whether you’re into running, walking, or cycling, there are routes suitable for all skill levels and ages. Gather your friends, family, and co-workers – it’s time to make a collective impact. Can’t make it in person, no sweat, there are virtual options.
