BIST Heroes 5K Run, Walk, Roll OR Bike is a fun filled morning to support a great cause. Bring your family, friends, pups and co-workers, break out your capes and superhero costume support programs & services for people living with the effects of brain injury. All funds raised will go towards supporting BIST's programs and services, such as, social drop-in programs, community meetings, workshops and support groups.
