Survival of the Fittest is a fantastic loop from the incredibly scenic Quest University lands in Squamish, BC. A sustained climb off the start will bring you to a waterfall within the first few kilometers. As you continue to ascend the views become ever more impressive as you gaze across the valley at the dominant Tantalus Mountain Range. Once you top out on The Climb Trail you’ll have predominantly sweet singletrack all the way home.

The Howe Island 8K Hustle, is the first of three Island races known as the "Tri-Island Race Series" which also includes The Wolfe Island Classic 5K, and the Amherst Island Wooly Bully 10K. The Howe Island event consists of the 8K run for all ages and a Kids 1-Mile Race. The course is fairly flat and vehicular traffic is nearly non-existent so this race is great for newcomers to the sport as well as seasoned runners.

5 Peaks Northern Alberta trail running races are among the most popular of all the Canadian events. The first stop is Terwillegar Park, located in Southwest Edmonton. It is a 186 hectare park that is popular for its rugged terrain and challenging trail system. You can expect many sections that are technical and demand agility/alertness to overcome obstacles. 5 Peaks races are known for their incredible staff and volunteers, abundant food, great swag, and commitment to sound environmental practices.

The Nipika Mountain Resort hosts the Crazy Soles Nipika Trail Run. The run course is set along a beautiful flowy single track with views of the Kootenay River and the Cross River plus the surrounding mountains along the way. The 25K course incorporates a 10K and a 15K loop, all along the Kootenay and Cross Rivers.  The 10K is a predominantly single track loop,  and the 5K incorporates some single track and stay very close to the Nipika Meadow area.…

Kool Oak Bay Half

Participants embark on a scenic out-and-back tour along the rolling hills of Beach Drive following Vancouver Island’s southeast coast through city parks, beaches and neighbourhoods. Saskatchewan Marathon
