Compass Run for Food

The Compass Run for Food is an annual 5K run/walk, 10.5K run and 0.5K Kids Challenge, with 100% of registration fees donated to food programs in Dufferin County. Our course is on groomed trails that loop through scenic Island Lake Conservation Area in Orangeville. All participants receive a souvenir bib and sponsored shirt. Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area has some of the most inspiring scenic viewing found anywhere. This course is the most technical of the Ontario courses, and has continually been a favourite. 5 Peaks races are known for their incredible staff and volunteers, abundant food, amazing swag, and a commitment to sound environmental practices.  

Northumberland Run Forest Run

The Northumberland Run Forest Run will give you a chance to move your legs through some beautiful forest trails. You can pick one of 4 options. The 4 hour 3K looped Jenny, the 7.5K Lieutenant Dan, the 9K Bubba, or the Full Gump for 24.6K. The course is single and double track with some dirt access roads, expect steep inclines, and an irregular surface with a loose, uneven base.

Cambridge Mill Race

The Cambridge Mill Race is an out-and-back course along the Walter Bean trail, which is part of The Great Trail system. The surface is mainly hard-packed dirt and stone dust with a few asphalt sections. The turn-around point is on the paved bike path that runs alongside Blair Road. There will be a water station at the 4K mark. A post-race lunch is provided by The Cambridge Mill to registered participants, you must show your bib to get your meal.

Niagara Ultra

This fast course offers you the opportunity to run on a very scenic course steeped in Canadian and American history.
