Washington, Forbidden Pleateau and Tsolum and Puntledge Rivers. PB's are set on this course with a net downhill after the turnaround. Hosted by the Comox Valley Road Runners, this is the longest course in the Island Race Series.

Springbank Sprint

The course is a fast, out and back route through beautiful Springbank Park. Participants will enjoy running alongside the Thames River on the multi-use paved pathways. The Spring Run-Off
