Strides For The General is a 5K Run/Walk at Bayfront Park in support of Hamilton General Hospital, including the Regional Rehabilitation Centre. The 5K run is chipped timed and both the run and walk are along the beautiful Hamilton waterfront. All registered participants receive an event t-shirt, medal, socks, breakfast, and lunch provided by Subway. **2020 event will be a virtual race
