Gruesome Twosome

Gruesome Twosome Trail Race has been created to encourage running with a partner or a friend,  of course you can run individually as well. Note this is not a relay race, you will be running with your partner for the chosen distance. The race is hosted at Aldergrove Regional Park, a beautiful park with rolling meadows, mixed forests and wide dirt packed trails.
