Sulphur Springs is memorable running experience. The race starts at the Ancaster Community Centre and weaves its way through  the beautiful trails of the Dundas Valley. Run for Water is a charitable event aimed to raise awareness and funds for clean water projects in Ethiopia. The event offers a number of trail races that takes place on Saturday, as well as, a half-marathon, 10K and 5K road races on Sunday. A sustained climb off the start will bring you to a waterfall within the first few kilometers. The Annual Tillsonburg MSC (Multi Service Centre) Trail Walk & Run features a 5 km and 2 km walk and run. It is a family friendly event for all ages and fitness levels. The walk and run routes are along the scenic Carroll Trail (Coronation Park) in Tillsonburg.
