Mad Moose Marathon is a trail running event. All event distances start and finish at the Otway Ski Center and run through a wilderness setting.

The Midnight Moose Ultra is a night-time ultra-trail race with distances of approximately 25K, 50K, 100K and 160K across some of the toughest running and mountain-biking trails in the Gatineau Park. Using only headlamps and the light of the moon, participants are challenged to complete the race before sun-rise (for the 50K race), sun-set (for the 100K race) and a second sunrise for the 160K. The Bad Beaver Ultra is a 3-day, 150K, semi-supported stage race that takes competitors through many of the unique and wondrous aspects of Gatineau Park. The race is divided into three main sections of approximately 55k, 70k, and 25k.
