The Iroquoia Trail Test offers 3 different distance options: 34K, 18K, and 7K. The 7K is a good test for the novice trail runner. The 18K course is a great challenge for someone too shy for the longer course it offers hills, and other technical bits. The 34K course is three loops, with hills, and some technical parts. The Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve is the trail runner’s dream with its challenging terrain that will take you alongside pristine lakes, through a wetland with its tier of beaver dams, up and over some steep inclines and either tiptoeing or splashing through the occasional creek or mud hole. Rundle’s Revenge is a two-day fun-fest that includes mountain biking and trail running events. If you only want to do the mountain biking on Saturday or just the trail running on Sunday, you can! The Saint John Airport Runway Run is a 7K course that will have runners covering a mix of road, gravel trails, and runways over the distance. Starting at the Fire Hall runners will make their way along the perimeter road before joining the main runway back towards the Fire Hall to experience the thrill of running on the huge expanse of runway at the airport. RBC Run for the Kids is a fundraising event to support youth mental health at Toronto’s Sunnybrook Hospital. The race starts and finishes at Mel Lastman Square and take participants on a rolling tour of Toronto’s North York region. including its many scenic parks and cityscapes.
