The Stride Inside is a timed based event on a professional indoor track. This event is family friendly and encourages both walkers and runners to take part. The Cedar Ultra is a 3/6/12/24/48 hour ultramarathon in beautiful Hemer Provincial Park. You will compete against the clock to see how far you or your team can go. The race takes place on a 3.3K loop on the trails in Hermer Park and participants will run as many laps as possible until the last half hour where runners move to a smaller out and back of 1km until the time ends then your distance will be noted.
