The Free the Spirit Festival is an opportunity to support and celebrate diversity and inclusion in a festive environment. Funds raised at the Festival will go towards providing opportunities for children and adults with disabilities who are supported by St.Amant. Departing from and ending at Osgoode’s Stuart Holmes Arena, The ‘Goode Run is a 2K & 5K run on streets throughout the Village of Osgoode. Runners can choose either a 2K run, 5K run or the Director’s Challenge (2K and 5K). 9RUNRUN was created as a means to support First Responders with their particular mental health needs and allow the community to come out and connect with them. Run or walk 2K, 5K or 10K in support for The Ottawa First Responders Foundation.      

The RBC Race for the Kids is a 5K and 10K all terrain walk/run event in support of youth mental health programs at CHEO. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome, choose between 10K, 5K  races distances, or 2K Family Fun Run. The course weaves through beautiful Wesley Clover Park located in the National Capital Greenbelt that encircles the City of Ottawa.
