Polar Paws Trail Race is a 5K, 10K or 25K winter trail run race through the beautiful single and double track trails of Durham Regional Forest. With fun and flowing trails through a snow covered (possibly icy, might be chilly) environment, you are sure to enjoy being outdoors with friends. Traction on your shoes will be mandatory. Conquer The Canuck Marathon Ultra Trail Weekend is scheduled to take place at Shade’s Mills Conservation, in Cambridge Ontario. Shade’s Mills has been called the best-kept secret in Cambridge, it’s conservation area has 12 km of hiking trails through a mature hardwood forest that winds along Mill Creek. Participants can register for single day races, or a 2 day staged event, Classic Canuck (25K + Marathon) and Ultimate Canuck (50K + Marathon).  

The Dirty Feet Kal Park 50 runs out of Kalamalka Provincial Park. The event will include an 8K, 25K and 50K race options. The course is a 25K loop that the 50K runners will do twice. Enjoy the sweet trails in Kal Park as they wander thru the forest and thru the grasslands, and climb up to see the amazing views of Kal lake. The finish line is at the beach!    

The Kensington Harvest Festival Run is a 25K race that starts in neighbouring Stanchel and takes participants along rolling hills and scenic countryside to the village of Kinkora, then passes beautiful Scales Pond to Freetown before the finish at the Community Gardens in Kensington. There is a social, awards and prizes at the finish. Fee(s) $30
