Slay the Dragon is a 13K, 25K, 50K Trail Running Race located at beautiful Silver Star Mountain Resort. In this trail running event expect technical and cruisey single track, crazy fun climbs with long thigh shredding descents. This course is designed for trail runners, by trail runners, so priority is placed on a challenging, crazy fun, well flagged, fantastically aided course with the enthusiastic volunteers.  

Pick Your Poison Trail Run is a challenging 12.5 K loop through the beautiful hills of Horseshoe Valley. Distances include 12.5K, 25 K and 50 K.  The course consists of approximately 98% off-road terrain made up of a combination of single track and ski trails. Runners will start with a 3 K “flatter” section followed by 4 major climbs over the remaining 9.5 K.  This is a technical but rewarding race. **2020 Race Cancelled  

Rompin Rockwood Trail Ultra is a beautiful Ultra in the heart of the City! Rockwood Park is one of Canada’s largest Urban Parks and features lakes, streams and some magnificent views of the Bay.  In addition to the excellent race and the enormous pride you will feel, participants will receive a unique handcrafted medal, a Salomon Soft Flask (first 75 registrants), and an excellent post race meal and social. **2020 event cancelled

The Iron Knee and Tender Knee are point-to-point races starting from Cleveland Park or Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve in North Vancouver. Racers will be treated to some great trails, including the infamous Powerline Climb. All this to be capped off with chocolate goodies and bragging rights as you race into the scenic finish line at Deep Cove.  

Run Ridge Run is a race offering challenging climbs, descents and technicality over either 13K or 25K routes. The 13K course skirts around Sasamat Lake on the Buntzen Ridge Trail and glimpses Buntzen Lake. The 25K course continues on to attack the Diez Vistas Ridge before following the Lakeview Trail, and then grazing Buntzen Lake before the final climb back up and over to the finish at Sasamat Lake. The Walk in the Park (WITP) offers distance options of 14K, 25K, and the more traditional 50K Ultramarathon distance. With well stocked aid stations, and a post event BBQ included in your entry fee, this race is still considered one of the best bang-for-buck Ultra and trail runs in Canada. The Phantom Run is a relaxed and fun winter fundraising race through the lower reaches of the North Shore undulating trails near the Seymour River. Run technical and non-technical trails, with some steep climbs and descents. Post race enjoy, hot soup, and other delights. Rundle’s Revenge is a two-day fun-fest that includes mountain biking and trail running events. If you only want to do the mountain biking on Saturday or just the trail running on Sunday, you can!
