  • Bear Mountain Trail Running Race

    Bear Mountain Trail Running Race features tough climbs, fast and flowy downhills, and no shortage of epic trails! The 8K route winds all the way up Bear Mountain, then flowing trails will take you back to the finish line. The 15K route climbs all the way up and around the backside of Bear Mountain before descending back around the mountain, making your way to the finish line. The 30K route is two laps of the 15K route.

    Mews Memorial 8K Road Race St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada

    This is one of the oldest continuous road running races in the province, with more than 35 years of racing. The course is fast and runs from the Mundy Pond area to Quidi Vidi Lake. It is a popular event as a tune up to the Tely 10 each summer.      

  • Cambridge Mill Race

    Cambridge Mill Race Riverbluffs Park, Cambridge, Ontario

    The Cambridge Mill Race is an out-and-back course along the Walter Bean trail, which is part of The Great Trail system. The surface is mainly hard-packed dirt and stone dust with a few asphalt sections. The turn-around point is on the paved bike path that runs alongside Blair Road. There will be a water station at the 4K mark. A post-race lunch is provided by The Cambridge Mill to registered participants, you must show your bib to get your meal.
