The Sporting Life 10K is back in-person! The course takes runners down iconic Yonge Street from mid-town Toronto to Coronation Park on the Lakeshore. Join one of Canada’s most popular events as well as one of the fastest 10K’s.  A virtual option is also available. The event is a fundraiser for CAMPFIRE CIRCLE  (formerly, Camp Oochigeas).

The Blossom 10 Miler is a rolling, scenic 10 mile point to point course, last two miles downhill and flat. There is also an out and back  5 mile course, starting and finishing from the S.S. Sicamous.

5 Peaks Northern Alberta trail running races are among the most popular of all the Canadian events. The first stop is Terwillegar Park, located in Southwest Edmonton. It is a 186 hectare park that is popular for its rugged terrain and challenging trail system. You can expect many sections that are technical and demand agility/alertness to overcome obstacles. 5 Peaks races are known for their incredible staff and volunteers, abundant food, great swag, and commitment to sound environmental practices.  

Howe Island 8K Hustle

The Howe Island 8K Hustle, is the first of three Island races known as the "Tri-Island Race Series" which also includes The Wolfe Island Classic 5K, and the Amherst Island Wooly Bully 10K. The Howe Island event consists of the 8K run for all ages and a Kids 1-Mile Race. The course is fairly flat and vehicular traffic is nearly non-existent so this race is great for newcomers to the sport as well as seasoned runners.  

Polo for Heart Virtual 10K/5K

The Polo for Heart Virtual 10K / 5K is in support of advanced cardiac research at St. Michaels Hospital and Southlake Regional Health Centre. Choose between the 10K or 5K option and complete this challenge anywhere you like at your own pace. Participants who raise more than $250 will receive a prize pack which includes tickets to the Polo for Heart match in June.

ANE Mile Road Race

The ANE Mile is an annual mile event hosted by the Athletics NorthEAST running club. This course has been designed to be fast and safe. The race begins beside the Bandstand on Quidi Vidi Lake and runs down the Boulevard to finish just past the bridge at the end of the Lake. It is net downhill, with no uphill sections, and only one gentle curve, so it should produce your best mile times.
