The Foolish Fox Trail

The Foolish Fox Trail race is a fun event to gather the running community and celebrate the end the running season. The race is run on a golf course (which isn’t exactly a trail), and is a looped event, where you will cover a 2.5 K (ish) loop around the course. Distance options included: New Era Grafix 5K , 10K , BackRoads Brews + Shoes 25K,   the individual New Era Grafix 6 hour All You Can Run , and the team 6 hour All You Can Run Relay. Trail shoes are recommended due to the unpredictable weather of November, although, if the ground is dry, you should be OK in regular road shoes.  The terrain is non-technical, but there is some elevation gain to keep things interesting, and the looped nature of the course will allow you to see your running buddies throughout the day.
