Sole Sisters 5K

Sole Sisters Women’s Race is a pioneer in women’s racing in Eastern Canada, it is not only the first women’s only 5K in the Maritimes, but it remains one of the largest women’s only 5K in Canada. Sole Sisters embraces the idea of a “fun” run and it allows many women that never considered themselves runners or walkers the opportunity to participate in a non-threatening and very festive environment. This is a great race for runners who are doing their first race ever. To celebrate the 10th Anniversary, all runners are invited to join our event.
