Lap the Bluffs

Whether you’re running solo or part of a team, Lap the Bluffs promises a dynamic and scenic experience, combining the thrill of trail running with the awe-inspiring beauty of Smoke Bluffs Park. The goal is to lap the course as many times as possible in 3 or 6 hours. The first half is an uphill push and the second half is a sweet downhill reward. There is a fully-stocked aid station to keep you fuelled on every lap, and you can take a break in the rest area at anytime.
