Uniformed Services Run

The Uniformed Services Run is oldest marathon in Canada having first been run in 1950, and the third-oldest in North America (after New York and Boston). This is one of the biggest races in Newfoundland & Labrador which also includes a relay and half-marathon, and 10K options. The races utilize a 21.1K loop —which marathoners complete twice—that starts and finishes in Bowring Park and offers a scenic tour of downtown St. John’s and Quidi Vidi Lake.
